The thraupeutic mentor program provides supportive one to one service to pre- adolescentes, adolescents and young adultes, who have recently returned home from an out of home placement and require a less intensive level of treatment, or are at imminent risk of placement do to mental health or behavioral issues. The services  provide interactional activities that focus on increasing self-esteem, habilitation, resilency , the developement and improvement of social skills and peer relations, and promoting age appropriate behaviors. The mentor spends 4-6 huors a week with the client. Services can extend for up to six months.
